Experian FICO score is avaliabe to consumers!

I just received a letter from my lender, that cut my credit lines due to my EXperian FICO score dropping, that states that the Experian FICO score IS available to me. Could they really believe that is true? I think everyone knows by now that it is not available since February. How and why could they make such a statemet?
