Experian score jumps 7 points via unitiated fraud alert

Today I get an email from my fico that a fraud alert was initiated by me and saw my Experian score jump 7 points. Although I like the jump in points....I did not initiated or report a fraud alert to Experian. I think this is a temporary alert and will stay on my report for 90 days. Should I call Experian and inform them that I did not initiate this fraud alert? What else would cause this? I have not disputed anything on my reports in almost a year.
