So on my experian plus score is 703 but I just appd boa and denied so Ill will know my score. But I assume its in that neighborhood. My other scores are in 650s.

I know how Experian could generate quite a few bucks. Let us pull our EX FICO score say during a 2 month window after denying us so long. They would need a big basket for all the one time cash they would generate.
