Experience with difference in mortgage pull Experian and TransUnion score vs. myFICO score

I finally pulled my scores today from myFICO and am super excited with the change in my scores from last October!! Hopefully I am closer to home ownership now!! Question is what are other's experiences with their score differences from myfico  and lender pulls on their transunion and experian?? I know everyone is different. Just looking to see what the variances are!!

Compared with the same reports pulled on the same day of the lender...

 

DW's TU04 was 30 higher than her TU98

My TU04 was 10 lower than my TU98
