FICO Score- Good or Poor?

I've just gotten my FICO score from Equifax it is 661. One summary has it as good, another place says poor. Which is it?

Its not bad. Is your utilization high or do you have negatives on your report that are keeping the score down?

Utilization is high, plus I have a bankruptcy that won't be off for four more years. I'm thinking of applying for a new apt and was wondering how the 661 score will look?

I'd do whatever I could to pay down that util. If that plus the BK are your only derogs, fixing the util will do wonders for your scores.
