Just got a report from my SW that the score dropped due to 2 of my accts having a high balance this month but both accts they are showing me is the same...Macy's and I only have one acct with Macy's not 2.....anyone from Myfico care to chime in on this? I just wondering if there is a error with showing 2 Macy's accts is there then a error with my score?
