FICO score on EQ page and myFICO differ?

myFICO reports my EQ score as 711 and  EQ reports my EQ FICO as 731... why are they different? Is it because different models are being used? Which one would lenders see?

Current Score: TransUnion (820) Equifax (818) Experian (823)
