CAPTOOL, looks like your Fico scores are in decline. I thought one or two of your Fico 08s made it over 800 a couple months back.

Re: FICO vs. FAKO – Share your FAKO stories

These are my scores for July 2016.  My reports are finally clean.

Equifax Complete Premier Plan

EQ=730,  TU=722,  EX=726

Credit Karma Vantage 3.0 scores

EQ=752,  TU=754

CCT(Credit Check Total) FICO 8 scores

EQ=770,  TU=767,  EX=777

I like the Equifax plan as I can see when NFCU does their SP during their AR period.

I like Credit Karma for the alerts they give.

I like CCT to get my monthly FICO 8 scores.

I like my FICO 3B reports to get all of my scores.  I won't get my next report until next month.

Feb. 2016 TU=638 EX=647 EQ=654
Apr. 2017 TU=765 EX=769 EQ=752, AAoA=14 months, Oldest Acct.=25 months, Total Credit=$52400, Util 2%, Auto Lease

Re: FICO vs. FAKO – Share your FAKO stories

I'm new to MyFico:

Here are my Credit Karma numbers:

TU: 724

EQ: 719

My Fico 8 scores:

TU:743

EQ:715

EX:762

Equifax numbers are pretty close, but TransUnion is way different.

Starting FICO 8's (7/2016) EQ 715|| TU 743 || EX 762
Current FICO 8's (4/2017) EQ 750|| TU 766|| EX 772
Goal FICO 8's: 780 across the board

[ Edited ]

I thought this was amusing so I'm sharing. I've been trying hard to get my scores up. Started off in the high 600s a few months ago.

Here are my Credit Karma numbers today which I think are comical:

TU: 812

EQ: 807

My Fico 8 scores:

TU:739

EQ:735

EX:731

Credit Check Total:

EX: 731

They went up on Credit Karma 61 and 70 points respectively today. So not even close. They were tracking closely for a while. I have no idea what to look for on Credit Karma to understand why they think the Vantage scores are that high.

USAA Rewards Visa $13,800 || Citi Simplicity MC $5,800 || Brand Source $6,000 || SyncB / Discount Tire $2,200 || Chase United Explorer $5,000

Re: FICO vs. FAKO – Share your FAKO stories

My credit karma scores tanked 88 points and 70 something points when the new cards reported. Yet my fico went up from eq 674 to 717 and tu 650 something to 691! I don't know why the vantage tanked. Luckily no one uses it for anything.

12/15 - EQ - 510, TU - 496, EX - 505
11/16 - EQ - 650, TU - 650, EX - 650

Re: FICO vs. FAKO – Share your FAKO stories

Hello so on March 31 2016 i applied for my 1st credit card ever and was told by my credit union my score was 0. the first time i financed something was in 2007 and the last time i financed a truck and finished paying in 2014. no active accounts for 2 years got me back to 0. so anyway my credit union gave me an unsecured credit card with 500 limit and while anxiously waiting 6 months for my fico scores my FAKO scores were as of august 31 2016 TU-691 EX-630 and EQ 690. On september 1st i finally got my 3b Fico Scores and reports and was dissappointed with the results TU-600 EQ-699 and EX 612. btw i did get approved for a Capital One mastercard with 300 limit in late june. only my EQ score was pretty dam close to the fako score by 9 points but TU 99point difference. just wanted to share this
