No one can accurately predict wnat will happen. Much depends on what remains on your reports. If there are no other derogatories reporting, if your utilization on revolving accounts is low (1-9%), if your payment history is long and clean you should see a bump but how many points remains to be seen. You'll know soon enough.

Your score will probably not go up at all.  Satisfied/Released only means it has been paid.  Tax liens stay for 7 years from date paid.

 

If it was counting in your utilization and the amount was large, you may see a small increase.  The points lost for the lien itself may outweigh what you may get if paid.
