Fico score went down...situaton unchanged

Boy, I dunno. I got some "reasons" back in my mid-600's days that made me jump out of my skin, including that I might have a new late. (It was an increase in util, as I recall.)

My "reasons" pretty much make sense. I just wouldn't really want to see the thrid and fourth ones. (Which I don't.) I'm sure they are fairly specious.

I just found out that this Visa card is a "signature" card.  Could this really make a difference in my FICO scores??  It's the same card I've been using for a long time, (even throughout all that time when FICO scores were in 800s). Thanks again for everyone's time and responses!  I appreciate it!
