I've seen this asked many times but never saw a definitive answer so wanted to chime in with my experience. I recently was rushed into buying home though my scores weren't quite where I wanted them to be. Ran the myfico report the morning of applying and the mortgage scores were EXACTLY what the lender pulled. Been a creeper on here for a few months but wanted to post in case this could help someone.
