Flexible spending account

Does anyone know how Flexible spending account reports on TU, EQ, EX? Do they exclude flexible spending account from utilization, or using highest past balance to calculates utilization?

As I know that open account on EQ and TU 04 (revolving term, 1 month on EX)  does not count into utilization, and not use highest past balance either.  Is Flexible spending account same as "Open" ?

Re: Flexible spending account

FSAs don't report to the CRAs, or rather, the ones I have used.

I am not quite sure what you are referring to as a "flexible spending account."

Is it a HELOC or an approved line of credit with Credit Union that you draw against the approved credit limit?

I have an approved "loan" with my Credit Union for $3,000 that has fixed monthly payments, but what I draw against the max approved amount is at my total discrection.  They report this as a revolving line of credit to the CRAs.

It counts in my revolving %util.
