I am sure the experts will chime in, but you cannot purchase an Experian Fico score anywhere. Experian Vantage, Experian Plus, etc. are not true Fico scores. You can purchase a TU and EQ Fico here from MyFico, but the true Ex Fico has not been available for purchase by consumers for a few years.

Yeah, that's right. Consumers can't purchase an Experian FICO score anywhere. The only way to get it is through a lender, and I think that will always require a hard pull. For example, when I applied for a BOA card last month, they gave me my EX FICO score, which is what I have in my signature.

Starting Score: 617 (EQ 6/10/12)
Current Score (8/28/13): EQ: 691 EX: 706 TU: 700
Goal Score: 700

Discover it $4,500 (02/2001); Amex PRG (Backdated to 01/2006); Amex ZYNC (Backdated to 07/2006); Wells Fargo Cash Back Visa $5,500 (12/2011); Citi Diamond Preferred MC $2,000 (07/2012); B of A Cash Rewards Visa Signature $5,000 (02/2013)

If you have any family in PA, both of you could get PSECU membership. If you have one of their products you get a monthly EX FICO. Other than that or a lender pull, there's no way you can get it.

Starting Score: 515
Current Score: EQ 689 EX 703 TU 707
Goal Score: 700+

PSECU $10000 | Discover IT $9250 | Barclay Ring $6500 | DCU $5000 | Citi DC $4600 | Amex BCP $4100 | Chase Freedom $4000 | PayPal Extras MC $3000 | US Airways $2000 | Cap 1 Platinum $1700 | Cap 1 QS One $1500 | Union Plus $1000 | Target $200

It requires a blood sacrifice and a special spell.  You'll need some eye of newt and a couple of other obscure ingredients.

12-15-14: FICO EXP: 813 - EQU:802 - TRAN: 756 - AVG: 790 +240 points from JUN 2008 - MY CREDIT JOURNAL
