Has anyone had any luck with a goodwill from Triad?

I am a cosigner on my ex's car loan. There are 2 30 day lates that are a year old. The loan is with RoadLoans.com a division of Triad. She still owes a lot of money on the car. In the past year I have worked very hard to make sure that the loan is kept current. What would be the best approach for a goodwill letter? Has anyone had any luck good or bad with this company?
