The contents of MyFICO alerts, and the score changes to which they refer, are often unrelated to each other.
In your case...
(a) neither of the first two events could have caused a point loss;
(b) the third could possibly cause a small point loss, but not 25 points.
So IMHO there's something else which caused the point loss.
