I have contact information and acct # from CA. I have OC name but not OC acct number. is this important? This is the only information that I do NOT have at the moment.
It is not important. In fact, I omit the account number on purpose. Per FDCPA, the CA must provide you that info. I do use the CA's number in my letter, though, and I do mention the OC.
