When I was in the app mode last month my Equifax.com score was 711 but my actual EQ fico score was 740+. The magin of differences is so great that it's not worth it to go by the bureaus scores.
Having said that.. after follownig my scores for the past month I have a good idea of what my scores are based on the following factors used as a percentage of total fico scores.:
% of debt to aggregate credit line ( 30% )
AAoA (15% )
Payment history ( 35% )
New Accounts ( 10% )
Type of accounts ( 10 % )
