How can fico scoring be so different from the major 3?

I am trying to rebuild my credit however i noticed they are considerably different.
Experian=630
Transunion=583
Equifax=618

And i had another fico score pulled up from CBC/TRU =579

Which fico scores do lenders look at.

See the Credit Scoring 101 thread. Your FICO from myfico.com is the only score that matters.

Pull all 3 bureaus and compare. Some accounts may only report to 1 or 2 bureaus which will create the points discrepancy as well. Likewise, collections are often the same, reporting to 1, 2 or all of the bureaus. Just depends on your creditors and how they report. The plus or minus of a positive tradeline or collection can make a big difference in the score between the bureaus.

If these scores are from my fico then you are working with the right scores. Not all creditors report to all 3 bureaus look at your credit reports for discrepancies and accuracy. I have found they don't always report monthly to all bureaus as well.
