I'm going to try to add some older accounts to the CRA's and hope they stay put. Yes, EQ dropped my AMEX account I closed last year (opened in '95, but closed before my bk as they certainly would have if I didn't beat them to it). EX and TU still report it and will until 2017, but EQ does not.
I called AMEX and they will send me a "your account is currently closed" letter. I will send that letter along with an older EQ report showing this account as reported and ask them nicely to put it back on..
Wish me luck and I will share results of course. That is ridiculous and is costing people points on their score when they shouldn't be.
No wonder alot of people question all baddies with the CRA's, whether or not they are legit. We need to make up for these kinds of games they play.
