How is FICO effected by Purchase of 3 - 5 Homes?

How would purchasing 3 - 5 SFH investment properties effect my FICO score? I'm thinking that my score would go down!!

Would my score go down and How much? How long would it take to bring my score back up? My mid score is 777.
