Some folks are reporting as little as six months.  Others seem to say 12 months.

 

My baby just reported it's fifth month - so I'll be watching.

 

And, of course, it depends on all the little ins and outs that are currently in your report.

What happens to one may be different than what happens to someone else.

And what happens to me two years ago may be different than what happens to me this month, because my reports are different.

 

I'll keep my fingers crossed for six months.

I got a score increase around the 4 month mark equal to what I lost when the account first showed up. I have no idea whether or how much of the increase I should attribute to the new account impact decaying as there were other positive things happening simultaneously to my account.

 

Others have reported getting back a good part of the points within six months and the rest within a year.
