How much impact does having medical debts actually deleted from CR? As far as credit score?

Can you tell me how much your score was impacted when you had negative info deleted? I'm awaiting two accounts to be deleted--one for $205 and one for $379. I know different consumers have different situations, but I'd like to know how other consumers' scores were affected.

My scores went up 20 to 40 points after bad medical data was deleted

My Fico 8 scores on here are

EQ- 741

TU- 739

EX- 670

All the information is exactly the same on each buera EXCEPT for a small medical collection on Experian only. My reports are very young (oldest account from March 2014). I have five open accounts (3 revolving, 2 installments) and no closed accounts. All my tradelines are secured.
