Hello All,
I am looking into buying my first home. I spoke with a mortgage specialist who pulled my credit score and this is when I found out I was a victim of identity theft. I got a police report and fraud affvd (notarized) and sent it to all the creditors and EQ, TU, EXP. The creditors, EXP and TU. Deleted the acounts. Now my credit report refelects.
Capital One Card/opened 2011: Limit ($320) Never Late; High utilization (paying it down now)
Capital One Card/opened 2011: Limit ($200) Never Late; High utilization (paying it down now)
Credit Union Card/opened 2013: Limit ($500) Never Late; Balance ($200) (paying it down now)
Line of Credit with Credit Union/opened 2012: Limit ($500): (Paid/Closed/Never Late)
DTE Energy/opened 2008: Only 3 lates from 2009 equaling to 120 days late. No recent ones!
I also have 2 public records:
Amt ($1,128) opened 2007 (paid)
Amt ($528) opened 2011 (paid)
I disputed a Capital One account (opened in 2007) which was charged off with a $0 balance and sent to Portfolio Recovery: Both accounts were deleted by the creditor
I also had a duplicate DTE bill: Deleted
And a fraudulent DTE bill in a city I had not lived in: This too was removed.
Last but not less a fradulent Comcast account: Deleted
I have NOT pulled my FICO scores yet, as I am giving the credit bureaus time to update all my information first. But as of last week my credit score with TU was 650 BEFORE the deletions.

There's too much going on to figure that. Have you pulled your FICO score?
No, I don't want to check them until all my deletions has been updated. But just last week I know my TU was 650 and this was BEFORE the deletions.
