Huge diffeence in Equifax score!! Help on why??

I filed Chapter 7 that was discharged September 2004.

I have a 2 yr old mortgage, and 2 car loans. Everything current from the get go.

I recently checked all 3 of my scores.

TransUnion - 749

Experian -      764

Equifax  -  649!!!!

Whats up with Equifax??

I checked all the negative factors in my CR and they all list IIB.  I cant see any reasons that it would report over 100 points lower than the other 2.

Any suggestions on what i should do to rectify this?

dang ... 749 & 764 with a BK only 3 years ago? thats pretty impressive! My EQ score is the lowest of all 3 as well. I checked my reports and after a few disputes it went from 583 to 641 in a month so I would start there. I think they weight things differently, but am not sure .. maybe someone else can help with that ...
