In April 2009, a chargeoff will drop from my credit reports. It reflects a key derogatory late payment in Nov 2007. I am curious as to the effect it will have on my scores. Currently, my TU is 675 and EQ is 677. On my EQ, this is my last baddie to drop off. On TU, i will still have a CA due to drop off May 2010. Even after this baddie drops off, I can still improve my score by decreasing my util. Current utilization is 40%. So, there will still be room for improvement. I can see the 700 club, just can't quite reach it.
What do you guys think my new score will be when the chargeoff drops off?
