If I order report from myfico.com.....

I confirmed with my would be mortgage lender they will use a fico score to determine my score they will use.  They will use the middle score from all 3 bureaus.  I was wondering if I ordered my report from here, would that be the same item they would use.  I am trying to see where I am now before I go for a pre-approval next month.  What would the cost be to get all 3 scores from myfico.com

Mortgage lenders will pull a tri-merge credit report. The TU and EX scores you receive here will not be the same version your lender will pull.

Your EQ score from here will be the same as what the lender pulls.  Not TU and EX.
