Important Anniversary Dates for Accounts

Other than one two and possibly three year dates for accounts what other anniversaries would be FICO positive score wise for accounts? Possibly 10 years? Any other dates?

I have noticed score increases at 3 and 5 year anniversaries.

Is it due to AAoA increase?

Is that for negative accounts as well?  I have 2 bad accts that will hit 5 years in July
