Inquiry on Experian: -26 (???)

Woah. I went on an app spree these last months and this one was from Amex (I got approved for 2k only Blue Cash EveryDay)... admittedly, I should not have done that. But -26? Woah. Did not expect that.

I'm sure the inquiry did not cause a 26 point drop.

Indeed. It had to do with balances/new accounts, but the score change came (24/48H) before the alert about those changes came in.
