Get your credit card balances down to 35% utilization. FICO likes this. But, they like it even more if your credit card balance are between 1% and 9% utilization.

YOU CAN DO IT!!!! You are well within the range for 600 scores.

Regarding your statement:

All I can say is be careful, my score dived from 671 in Feb to 654 in June because there were 3 inquiries and one new account opened in that period of time.
