I don't quite understand why it jumped so much. Mortgage loan not reported yet. Bridge loan (Installment) still on books. Utilization is currently 21%. But the bottom line is my score was 569 June 30, 2007 and as of today it is now 705. I couldn't have done it without all the advice and information here on the board and MyFico.com. Thanks to everyone who have responded to my questions. I hope I can help some of you in the future. This post is for all of you.
