I just had a large judgement completely removed and my score didn't go up one point?? It had been there about four years so I didn't expect a huge increase but hoped for at least 10-15 point jump.

If you have several major derogatory items on your reports it may not do much to your FICO score when one of them is removed.
There are no other major derogatories. Only two accounts with 30 day lates over six years old and one with 30 day two years old. Very low utilization. I really hoped for even a small jump?

Hmmm. What is your score and where did you obtain your scores?

Neither of these is a FICO score so ignore them. They frequently don't behave in the same way as FICO scores.
I also just checked myfico score and they are almost identical to the ones on usaa
What are the scoring reasons listed from your MyFICO report?
Your true FICO scores may have been lower than your FAKOs before this fell off. So there may have been a bump that you didn't see if you checked your FICO after the fact.
