Late impact decay

When exactly does the score increase due to the most recent late hitting an age threshold? For example, is it when page 2 of the myFICO report says that the most recent late was 12 months back or 13 months back?

Someone else asked a similar question.

* No one knows for sure about the 12 month mark --- but someone is closely watching their credit report and said they would post what impact the 1 yr mark makes on the FICO report.

* The same poster commented that there was an increase in FICO score at the 2 yr mark.
