Lates

Are 60 and 30 day lates from 2007 really impacting my score?

Starting Score: EQ ? TU 620 EX 566 (F)
Current Score: EQ 647, TU 641, EX? ??
Goal Score: 720

Probably minor. 

A 30-late is a minor derog in and of itself, and at 60 months, I would guesstimate probably less than 10 pts.

Most report that 60-day lates decline to about the same impact as a 30-late after approx 2 years, so a similar situation there.

Not a hair-puller.....

Ditto. Not a big worry.

 

Any other negatives besides these? All of it can add up.
