OK. You suggested in your initial post that they approved you for the card and then closed it immediately, which sounded like a difference of days.
As far as I can tell this will affect your score in exactly the same way as if you opened a credit card and then closed it. So it is affecting your AAoA but is not otherwise affecting your score.. You could certainly try to dispute it, if your current AAoA is much higher than 1.0 years. Otherwise it doesn't sound as if it matters much.
