MYFICO 3B products question

I want to purchase the 3B monitoring service, but wanted to check something.

Are the 3 mortgages scores refreshable ? Or is it just one time ? or once a month ? once a quarter ?

Because I assume that if you pay every month $30 you should get updated scores, but from what I see is that only the reports update and the FICO 8 is that true ?

If I cancel the subscription and subscribe again would that work to update those mortgages scores ?

Any advice on how to update those scores more often ?

There's a $40 package that will get you your mortgage scores once every 30 days.  South Jamaica knows about it and can send you a link for it I believe.

(And a word of warning: whatever date you sign up will become the monthly date on which your new 3B report becomes redeemable. So sign up on a date which is the same as, the date on which you are likely to want to pull your monthly report. E.g., if you'd like to pull your reports on about the 7th of the month, sign up on the 7th of the month, or maybe a little earlier, but don't sign up on the 12th of the month.)

If you go to the last posts in this thread you'll see that it's a little tricky to sign up for the Premier service but apparently it can be done:
