Finally tracked it down, was all in the Amex reporting date which updated after the DCU pull.
660 -> 646 for a 996/1000 balance (CLI chasing and high balance setting). Only other thing was it kicked up my revolving utilization to 13%, which is possibly a small penalty as well, but it's a fairly illustrative example I think.
Rest of the data, cards with balances were identical, all the January inquiries from last year are past the counting window and everything else is recent or has already passed the 12th statement, and all the new accounts had already reported in Feb's 660's pull. Also didn't have any negative information fall off so it was unlikely to be rebucketing unless the 13% kicked it over... which is somewhat absurd.
