Multiple Addresses....how do those factor into FICO scores?

being a college student, I have my permanent home address as well as the apartment that I rent..

1) does paying rent affect FICO scores (or is it just NOT paying that shows up?) ?

2) which address am I supposed to keep on my account/report?

3) do phone bills and hospital bills count towards a FICO score?
