Multiple accounts reporting

Hi all!

Just a quick question.. Does having multiple accounts reporting hurt or help your scores?

I have 2 accounts that's reporting double.  I have total of 25 accounts showing in my report both closed and open.  These two accounts reporting double are both 1 year old accounts.

Should I get it corrected or just leave it?

Dispute them...good luck..I disputed the same thing last month worth...EX..and NOTHING has changed...they keep updated it as verified... I don't want it verified..I was it deleted...

Make 100% sure that they are realy duplicates by checking the account number and that there is no TL that say things like transfered.  Also check the reporting history to make sure that one doesnt stop reporting when the other one starts.

If it was me I would leave them be.  Unless one shows invalid derog information.
