My score is not moving, please help

I don't know whats going on here, but over the last 4 months my score have not move at all. Can some please explain this to me. Currently my score is 684, I am looking to get it up to low 700s by the end of this year in order to get a low mortgage rate.

What is your current CC utilization? And how many CCs do you have open now?

Do you have any baddies holding you back?

I noticed in Jan 09 til now, I get one score watch alert a month instead of the norm 3-4 I was receiving in 07-08
