MyFico.com Scores

Hey Guys -

Just joined MyFico.com after a few months of learning all I need to know about my credit. My question is how often does MyFico update my credit score? CreditKarma is once a week, some other sites are once every 2 weeks and even some are once a month. Since most lenders use FICO though, this is the site and score that I am most interested in.

Since today is my first day joining I'm just wondering how often I will be able to see my scores fluctuate? I'm hoping for a big TU increase in the next week or so due to a new line of revolving credit.

Right now i am 729 EQ, 697 TU & 733 Exp.

Thanks!

Re: MyFico.com Scores

MyFico score updates are trigger event based. For example, a new account is a trigger. An inquiry is a trigger. Certain balance changes are a trigger.

Re: MyFico.com Scores

Other than the "triggers" Captool mentioned, it is quarterly on the overall updates.
