The scores here are much higher than scores I've pulled from other sites. Which would be more accurate?

Also, my dashboard states the report is through 12/2015 ... am I not going to get monthly score/report updates? Then what is the monthly fee for?

And these scores are genuine Fico 08 scores.

With the monitoring, you really only need to buy the full 3-bureau report again a year from now. You've got the current report, you will start getting notifications of score changes (presuming you haven't turned that off, check the settings) and so that will give you the trigger factors, and updates at various times of how the score is changing for each bureau. It is not daily, but as you watch, it will keep updating. For me, it's been daily notices and a once or twice per week "score change" result.
