Both TU and EQ had really nice jumps when my Chapter 13 dropped, but Experian hasv't budged. Any idea why?

I find it unimaginable.
Are you sure the EX report has updated?
EX is dated 3/1/2017 while the other 2 are 3/2/17. I checked the EX report and the BK is gone. I went ahead and tried to nudge it by applying for the AMEX Blue that according to the credit pull database pulls EX for where I live. Guess I'll see what happens over the weekend.

Ran a 1B report from here and so far no HP from AMEX on EX.
