Nordstrom Account Reopened with no Inq

I contacted the Nordstrom EO and I was able to open a previous account that was closed (by creditor due to late payments) without a hard pull. How would this affect my FICO scores when this account begins reporting again?

hard to tell with the limited information provided. If, they are keeping your original date and pyt history you can plug that into your util and there won't be a ding for a new acct or inq. If they are opening it as of today, then you will get the new acct ding.

I'm not sure about that! All I know is that it's the same account # and same card. I suppose I can call back and ask.

Did you meant the Nordstrom EO or CEO? Do you still have that contact information. I had a similar situation happen to me while I was out on disability while I was pregnant with my son.
