One Credit Card / Reports Double?

I have one secured Credit Card but it's reporting twice.  I keep getting reports from Score watch and it has the same account listed twice with the same balance and the same account number.

So my question is, could this be hurting my score?     Can I get one of the entries removed?

Any help is very much appreciated.

Re: One Credit Card / Reports Double?

Hi, Ali124

I've had the same thing occur on my Fico Score Watch report.

I called customer service and they explained that it has to do with your score watch settings.

In other words, if you have your settings set to alert you when your report sees a balance increase larger than  $5,

and also have it set for alerts when balance increases larger than 5%, or if you have it set for alerts after being inactive for 3 months, etc

You will get 2 alerts.

It is noything to worry about it doesn't affect your score.

Some people set their balance increase alert at a higher number, but I deliberately keep mine set at a low number for ID theft issues.

Don't know if this answers your question.

ETA: clarification
