So I was told that it would be next to impossible to pass the 715 threshold with a BK still reporting. My wife and I have almost the exact same credit portfolio. I have been working hard to get her scores up first and then will concentrate on mine. Her latest FICO from TU was 725, Exp was 705. EQ lagging behind at 680. BK will be 3 yrs post D/C on Nov 12, 2015. Her TU and EX report now only shows the BK no associated accounts. I am guessing she will hit the 720 mark with EX as soon as a few more INQ fall off. Can't wait to start working on my reports. My EQ is 676, TU 693 and EX 709. Still have 3-7 baddies showing on my reports. Mostly closed accts IIB with zero balance. We are in the proccess of looking to purchase a condo and were pre-approved for a 200k loan. Once we purchase a property and it starts reporting should also bump up our scores. The key at least for us is to keep our UT around 5% and PIF often times making multiple payments each month. Have opened up approx 12 new lines of CR in the past year but are now in the garden until after we purchase a property.

Congrats on the pre-approval, hope everything works out. My BK is still reporting as well and is scheduled to be deleted on 11/2018. EQ 689, TU 720 and EX 716.
