Paying down credit card need advice

I have 2 credit cards. The utilization is 90. I want to pay them both down to 20% this month. My question is  does it matter if I pay them both down to 20% in the same month Or should I do one a month? I'm trying to see which way will get me the most points. Thanks

Pay both down if you have the means to do so. But to get the most points pay one completely off and leave less than 9% on the other.
