Question about Fico score

I spoke with my lender and they say a recent 30 day late payment (5/09) is holding my score down by at least 40pts. So I contacted the OC and they are going to remove it. So my current scores are Eq 595 and TU 602 . So the question is do you think I will see some pts once this is removed?

You should see some improvement, but it's impossible to predict just how much your scores will improve.
