Yes it can be very murky and confusing but the key is to keep reading and learning and you'll find the waters become less and less murky over time.
I finally realized long ago that all this is a journey and not a destination. I don't believe anyone can or will ever know everything about credit because it's constantly changing.
Great point. I will continue to read and learn as much as I can about this process. (It helps when so many on this forum are willing to take the time to help and educate you.) Even once I reach my goal of getting a mortgage loan, I still plan on continuing my financial education and journey...
