Real trouble - FICOP computers can't do arithmetic

From my latest SW alert:

Your FICO score has gone up to 760 on October 9, 2007.Target score alert: Your FICO score has exceeded your target score of 770.

Interesting version of math they use

So which is it? 770+ or 760? I would love to know what FA tech feedback would be about this.

It was only 2 points, nothing to get excited about

It's possible that your FICO went up to 770 triggering the alert, but later that day another change caused it to go below 770, which is probably what you're seeing now.

That should be two alerts!  And the only change was a >1 year old inq dropping off and a name change
