Refi mortgage

What is going to happen to my score when I refi my house.

Score is sticking around 658 before changing "buckets" to 650 and I can no longer wait to refi. I can save 377.00 a month here. The mortgage I had before has been paid as agreed for more than 1 year now.
Is it going to take a hit because an Inquiry and a new mortgage,
plus the lag of showing the first being paid off
plus a new mortgage again.

I really don't care as much after the fact, I have become a crazy person waiting for this score to go past 660 but now all I care about is getting refied and get out of this ARM, then just let the score carry on by itself.
Because I have found out this FICO thing is just a big game the credit companies play with you. We are all a victim.

Re: Mortgage Refi

Well I did it, called the bank and made the jump to refi. FICO states I have a 650 but my bank tells me my middle score (fico) is  679.

What is up with that?

All I know is I got a better Interest rate than I thought I would.

This scoring stuff is crazy.
